Alone or with friends

Book a 60-minute session at €15 per person. Or reserve the entire sauna for you and your group. You'll receive your access code by text and email beforehand.

2 - Grab your swimwear and towel

Swimwear, towel and go!

Bring your swimwear, towel, slippers and a bottle of water. Open the door with your access code, change, enter the sauna, breathe in, and leave everything behind for a moment.

3 - Relax, enjoy

Sweat. Cool down. Reset.

Let the heat do its work. Cool down with a bucket or a cold shower. Unwind, alone or together. You'll step out feeling clear, refreshed and renewed.

THE SAUNA CODE

1. Be respectful of others during and after your visit.

2. Swimwear is mandatory. You will find a changing area inside the sauna.

3. There is no staff on site, so we ask you to be particularly careful and attentive.

4. Remember to hydrate and refresh yourself between cycles (tap provided for this purpose).

5. Only water is allowed. Please do not bring any other food or drinks.

6. Please respect your arrival and departure time slot.

7. Please leave the sauna clean for the next users!
